Payments

All e-Check/ACH payments must be made payable to Peptides World, Inc. By placing an order, you authorize Peptides World™ to initiate a single ACH/electronic debit from your account in the amount of your order, based on the bank account information provided at the time of purchase. Payments comply with all applicable banking and financial regulations.

Payments made after 11:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day. Once a payment is authorized, it is final and cannot be modified, changed, or reversed. Customers must ensure that they have sufficient funds in their accounts before making a purchase. Insufficient funds or rejected transactions may result in order cancellation and additional processing fees.

It is strongly recommended that customers retain a copy of their payment confirmation for future reference.

Liability & Indemnification

Peptides World™ assumes no liability for any misuse of its products. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptides World™, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses resulting from the purchase, handling, use, or distribution of its products.

Customers agree that Peptides World™ shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from this website.

Delivery, Claims & Customer Cooperation Policy

Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped with tracking. A shipment is considered successfully delivered once the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent) confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Carrier delivery confirmation, including scan records and GPS verification when available, constitutes proof of delivery.

Delivered but Not Received Claims

If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but the customer reports non-receipt, the following procedures apply:

• The customer must notify us promptly.

• We will initiate a carrier trace, investigation, and/or insurance claim where applicable.

• Carrier determinations (including delivery scan data and GPS confirmation) are authoritative.

Mandatory Customer Cooperation

In the event of a delivery dispute, customer cooperation is mandatory. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing accurate delivery address confirmation

• Responding to reasonable verification requests

• Completing and signing required carrier or insurance documentation (such as affidavits of non-receipt, when applicable)

• Cooperating with investigations conducted by the carrier, insurer, or payment processor

Failure or refusal to cooperate may result in denial of the carrier insurance claim or investigation.

Responsibility for Order Value

If a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, and a claim is denied due to lack of customer cooperation or conflicting information, responsibility for the full order amount remains with the customer. In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued, as recovery through the carrier or insurer is no longer possible.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Opening a PayPal case, chargeback, or payment dispute does not waive the customer’s obligation to cooperate with delivery investigations. All carrier documentation and delivery confirmations will be submitted to PayPal or the payment processor as part of dispute resolution.

Replacement Shipments

Replacement shipments, when offered, are provided at our discretion and do not constitute an admission of fault or liability.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and secure delivery address. We are not responsible for loss due to incorrect addresses, unsecured mailboxes, or third-party access after delivery.
