Return Eligibility
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to safety and hygiene concerns.
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship the Item: Package your item securely and include a copy of your RA number inside the package. Ship it back to the address provided in the RA instructions.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
